2024 Special  Achievement  Award

The MWGA Hall of Fame Committee is awarding Special Achievement Awards to:

Kim Moore and Kim Dinh

The first Michigan women’s Amateur Championship took place 108 years ago. In the 108 year history of Women’s Competitive Golf in Michigan, only one Michigan female golfer had won a National Championship. Meg Mallon won the US Women’s Open in 1991.

In 2022, Kim Moore won the US and European Adaptive Golf Open Championships. In 2023, Kim Dinh won the US Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship.

They are not yet 45 years old and not eligible for the MWGA HOF. The Committee is proud to recognize the rare and significant achievements of Kim Moore and Kim Dinh.

Please attend the 2024 MWGA HOF Dinner and Induction Ceremony to celebrate with them as they receive the awards.
